A report prepared at commencement of the tenancy detailing any changes to the condition of the accommodation and its contents since preparation of the original inventory or the last check out.
The LIL inventory clerk will meet the tenant at the premises on the day of hand over with copies of the previously prepared inventory/check out and afford the tenant the opportunity to fully inspect the accommodation and its contents against the inventory and make any necessary amendments as agreed with the clerk.
Meter readings, where accessible, will be noted, keys listed and, once satisfied, the tenant will sign each page of the inventory and a declaration. |
