An inventory is a legally binding document that provides an accurate and detailed written description & condition report of the accommodation and its contents at the beginning of a tenancy.
London Inventories Ltd (LIL) will provide three bound copies of an inventory, which can include high quality colour digital images, provided on CD for enlargement and clarity in the event of a dispute.
A LIL inventory is a complete condition report on everything within the property from ceilings, floors, walls, doors, light fittings, locks & latches, sockets & switches to furnishings, appliances and gardens.
LIL inventory updates are free of charge when LIL are instructed to prepare subsequent check in and check out reports for the accommodation. |
