Prices may vary depending on: the overall size of the property, number of rooms, the condition, the quantity and condition of the furniture & contents or London Inventories Ltd being mislead by the landlord or instructing party.
Therefore, the listed prices are a guide and based on standard accommodation as described. The final invoice price can only be confirmed once on site.
As a guide, each extra room or area will be charged at £15.
Gardens, outbuildings, sheds and their contents can be included in the inventory at an extra cost, which is subject to negotiation.
Cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots & pans, kitchen utensils, bed linen etc will be described collectively. They will not be inspected and listed individually unless instructed to do so, which will incur an extra charge determined by time spent.
For unfurnished properties apply a 20% discount on all prices listed subject to a minimum charge of £70.
High quality colour digital photographs or video can be included in your inventory at an extra cost. |
